Supervision

I love getting to know new social workers in the field and being a part of their path toward clinical licensure. My supervision style is flexible and based on the individual, but usually includes discussing challenges, celebrating successes and goal-setting. I value being approachable, responsive, supportive and open to feedback. It is important to me to not only provide guidance on individual cases, but also regarding each social worker's short and long-term career goals.

I am a Maryland Board of Social Work approved supervisor. 

$100 per 60-minute session.
